As leading painting contractors in London,  GSD Painting and Decorating, used three different brands of industrial floor paint for one of our clients ‘The British Library’ in Kings Cross, London NW1. The British Library is the national library of the United Kingdom and one of the worlds greatest libraries, housing in excess of 150 million items. One interesting fact we were surprised to find out was that the library holds the first edition copy of every book, magazine and newspaper published in the UK.

GSD Painting and Decorating had the opportunities to test three different industrial floor paintsWhatCo, Resucoat and Blackfriars Epoxy floor paint. The question was, are any of them, any good? While Whatco is probably the most well-known industrial floor paints, it also comes with a very hefty price tag. However, we found the Resucoat and Blackfriars to be the most superior products, by far. You can have a look to our blog post on our “industrial floor paint”, where we explain all the types of paint we used and their efficiency.
