Painting and decorating on commercial projects across London, from new build through to refurbishment, to the main contractor's programme.
Decoration of offices, including buildings that stay occupied while the work runs, with phased floors and out of hours working.
Decoration of listed and historic buildings, with specialist finishes, gilding and hand-applied work.
Spray finishing carried out on site, with masking, containment and overspray control on live and occupied buildings.
Spray application and respray of external cladding in situ, with coating systems selected to suit the substrate.
Intumescent coatings applied to structural steel, with film thickness checked and recorded as the work proceeds.
Glass replacement and glazing works, including heritage and sash window glazing, alongside window repair or as its own package.
Repair and restoration of timber box sash windows, including listed and heritage buildings. Survey, timber repair and redecoration.
Removal of lead-based paint from commercial and heritage buildings, with controlled removal, containment and making good.
One subcontract, one set of RAMS and one point of contact across all nine packages.
Work runs to the main contractor's programme and the specification already issued.
Each stage is inspected and signed off before the following trade moves in.

GSD has undertaken numerous projects for Quinn over the past few years, including flagship projects for the V&A Museum and Warburg Institute both in the range of circa £300,000. Happy to recommend.
GSD completed the communal redecoration package valued at £100,000 at the Marriott Mayfair Grand Residencies, a 5* hotel. The project was completed in a tight 12-week program with GSD working with us to deliver it to a high standard. There were several hurdles to overcome throughout the job due to client changes, but each change was dealt with professionally by the project team from GSD. After the contract completion, the client praised the attention to detail provided by GSD and their outstanding work ethic in meeting the high expectations/time constraints of the project
